  William S. wrote: WE called and asked them to bring a camera so we could see that the snaking cleared ok. The camera did not work but we ran some water and it seemed ok. When the wife did laundry it over flowed. We called them they answered right away and said they would call back and come out. No call back no show up. Another day called several times and only got answering machine which says they will call back. No call back. Another day called again several times same thing. Used a different phone and they answered right away. They said they are sorry. They would call back and be out. No call back no show. 30 day warranty not good if they never call or show up I would no recommend them Bill
