Looking for a dentist I just got my dental insurance through good ole 'Bama care within the last few months, and I need to get my teeth checked. Because I haven't had insurance, it's been almost 8 years since I've seen a dentist. I definitely have at least 1 major cavity, and several cracked teeth. Can anyone suggest a great dentist in the city that accepts United Concordia dental? My plan is pretty basic, but a basic checkup isn't too expensive.
Edit: Thanks for the responses guys! I'll make sure to check out all of these options.

Dr Backiel in CC is fantastic. I was in the same situation as you- didn't go for years due to lack of insurance. Had lots of work done. 1500 John F Kennedy Blvd #300A, Philadelphia, PA 19102 (267) 514-8100
