  Pretty disappointed booked someone from this group for an end of tenancy clean and they leave my kitchen still filthy. £150 for 7 hours two girls. They arrived late. Can anyone advise if this is acceptable? I had to scrub my kitchen again today and managed to get it clean in two hours. Floor wasn't scrubbed, didn't clean floor, didn't clean skirting, didn't clean top of cupboards, grease under fridge still, dirt under and sides of cooker. This person refuses to give me a part refund for the two hours and she says it's the best she could do. She did however take three hours cleaning my fridge psst which wasn't even dirty.

  It should be very very bad reference... I think will be better next time give a job to someone who is experienced and recommendation.
