Describe a typical work day for you?
When you call Dr. Appliances, we follow a Protocol. Our Scheduling Office will obtain some important information such as Name, Phone, Address, Brand, Appliance Trouble, and they will verify the best time available to meet your own schedule. This is usually the same day. Our technicians call when they are on the way. Once at your home, we proceed with the Diagnostic. Each Tech uses an iPad with the prices established. This ensures you be treated equally and fairly. “No surprises, you obtain an estimate prior to your repair”. Our Parts and Labor are Warranted for 1 Full Year. If the quote does not validate or justify the repair, our Tech will explain the reasons and you only pay Service Call, Travel Time, and Diagnostic which is just $59.00. Remember this... Sometimes the diagnostic only takes 5 minutes, but may take several hours. This fee ($59.00) is FREE with any Appliance Repair. In fact, this is valid if you have any problem with any of your home appliance up to a period of 1 year. We deduct $59.00 from your total. No hidden charges.

What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
We use a slogan with customers at the end of the Service. "Nothing Personal, I wish you never see us again" The true is, return customers are very happy to see us back!!!. No way to forget that satisfaction SMILE.
