  Hi Janine, we use Helping Hand Home Healthcare, they are based in Grand Blanc but recently opened an office here in Ann Arbor. We have two nurses that watch Carson and they are both wonderful (and trach trained). Their phone number is 1-800-304-0254. The main nurse at the Ann Arbor office is Pat Naffin, she did our assessment/evaluation and is actually one of the nurses who watches Carson for us. The other nurse is Karen Scott, she is absolutely wonderful and also works at U/M Mott Hospital.
