Esthetician recommendations? I have some minor aesthetic issues with my skin (not acne) and would like to get either some treatments or advice on proper skincare routine. Probably both. But it seems to me like "esthetician" is one of those careers that can contain real professionals and snail oil salesmen in the same field, and I don't wanna throw my money at some rando who wants to sell me on a bunch of crap.
Anyone have recommendations for a clinic that can do some skincare treatments like facials as well as consulting on proper daily skin care?

I went to Deb for my last happy-birthday-to-me facial in June at [Aviary](https://www.aviarybeauty.com/) (Studioplex in O4W) and I was really impressed with her service and recommendations on my skincare regimen. (She said to save money on moisturizers and sunscreen, but splurge for a good serum and/or treatments, like retinol. But if you have specific needs and questions I'm confident she could answer them.) /r/SkincareAddiction is also super helpful.
