Condo rental management companies - recommendations? Looking for a company to manage renting out my condo. I'm willing to pay the going rate of 1 months rent + 10%/month for them to do it all, from finding the tenant to taking care of maintenance, etc. Any recommendations on who to use/avoid? My place is in Old Irving Park.
EDIT: Yes I know it would be easier to sell the unit, but that's been proving next to impossible. The original developer that converted the building from apartments to condos still owns 2/3 of the units, so Fannie Mae won't back a mortgage on the unit, and even potential buyers with unconventional financing have balked at the developer ownership rate. So, I'm stuck renting it out.

I've had good luck using http://www.owlmanagement.com/rental-property-management/ for multiple properties. No reason to limit yourself to one company for finding a tenant. Most of the big places like Apartment finders and Apartment people don't do exclusive listings if you ask about it.
