We are a rapidly expanding Mobile Technology device repair service which is hugely different. Our service has a Mobile Support Engineer dispatched to your home address or workplace to carry out the repair in less than 15 Minutes!
We have a fantastic reputation with our clients which we have built over the past year including gaining several Business Contracts to provide a VIP Repair Service which gets quicker appointments, discounted repairs and technical support.
5* Star service is what we want every customer to receive and if ever they or us feel that is not what they have received we will attempt in many ways to try and resolve the issues and hope we can regain the 5 stars from the individual.
Another very important aspect to this sector is Liability Insurance & Professional Indemnity Insurance. Very often similar businesses do not hold these insurance policies which is very scary, everyone knows accidents may happen but the important question is "Can you replace my device if something does wrong". Of course we can, we have valid insurance policies which our certificates can be view on our Facebook page or by request. We know your device is your world and we make sure your covered. We have never had to claim on our insurance but we all know it is valid and present for that rare event.
Trust is a large issue also in this sector, although with our service, your device is getting repaired in front of you with the option to sit a watch our Mobile Support Engineer during the repair. 85% of repairs we do not even need to go past your Passcode to confirm a repair is successful.
