  In San Francisco I'm not aware of 6:00 am classes for those day but there are some options for 9:00 am classes both at the San Francisco Ahsram and the Kundalini Yoga Co-op at The Center SF. Below is the Ashram's schedule with some morning and evening options. http://idoyoga.com/class-schedule/
