  Planning a large event (80-100 people) Looking to buy cooked/smoked, ready-to-serve meats (chicken, ham, pork, etc). Not wanting to go the Bar 3 or BBQ route until I exhaust efforts. Who do you know that would supply this? It would need to keep well in warmers/chafing dishes. Thanks!
