I too have a good deal of dental fear, and this guy has a veritable catalog of options, from a very calm manner to several levels of anesthesia.   I was afraid of the dentist for years and didn't go for a long time. A friend recommended Dr. Ruff. He's gotten me all fixed up and it never hurt a bit.
