We are state Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in the Raleigh-Durham area, who believe that to improve ones situation they must be willing to consider alternate ways of thinking. Together, we can evaluate your problem, develop treatment goals and work towards improving your life.

I feel that maybe having a good therapist will help immensely as the depression can sometimes be overwhelming.
