  I was in a similar situation to you a while ago (living on the Lisburn Road at the time) and gave P.Q. Auto Service a call. Really nice guy, full time mechanic and will do call out services for a decent price. He's based just off the city centre so shouldn't be an issue getting to you. The number is 07761755369.
