  CC at C Double fitness. He does shedding for the wedding. Great rates. Can train you at home, outside or at a gym in Batavia. He does fun fit fridays on Friday at Leroy oaks if you want to come see what it's like. CDOUBLE@CDOUBLEFITNESS.COM Cyrnoff Cowan Best results you can get. He works with you on nutrition too.
