  Hi Kathy, Not sure if you are new to the group... but if you are not able to find a doctor in LA, I would recommend you go see Julie Anderson in Seattle if you are able. After you see her in person, she will do follow up consultations over the phone. That is what I finally did because I could not find someone local who was using the Cutler protocol. www.npjulie.com She is a Nurse Practitioner. In Washington State, NPs can write prescriptions and act as primary care physicians. (My insurance actually partially reimbursed me for my in-person visit with her!) -A
