Their installers, John, Travis, Ken and Jake were outstanding. Cleaned up everything each day, polite. Enjoyed having them in my home. Kelly in the office was a joy to deal with. I would give them all 5 stars.

It took 10, which is Ok, though my house was freezing, but no one followed up with me to advise, even after I called them twice asking about it! The part took 25 min to install and I was handed a $499+tax invoice (minus the initial diagnostic). Tell me of ANY industry that can charge $500 for 25 min work. I complained and was given an unsatisfactory explanation of many hours of paperwork/admin required to process the warranty claim and order the motor. I would honestly have accepted a min 1 hour service call plus shipping plus a couple hours admin. MAYBE $200-300????? I would love to support this business but this has def left a bad taste.

He cleaned ducts and furnace, but could not fix fireplace issue someone else had to be dispatched to fix. Makes no sense and prolonged the issue. When tech. came to fix fireplace the quoted cost was redicoulus. $ 320 plus tax to install a new gas regulator. I had someone else do it. It took him all of 15 min to switch out.the cost was less than 1/2 plus he checked the gas flow and fixed the leaking furnace exhaust pipe. I will never use again or recommend. You are goughing your customers.

He tested all components applicable to our gas fireplace, which has been giving us ignition trouble for the last 9 months. He explained the gas/igniter problem, changed out the faulty part and cleaned all interior components in a very timely manner. Cleaning of the unit and work area was impeccable. In closing, I again must commend his professional business and work ethic in satisfying and the solving of our maintenance needs to our problematic fireplace. Many Thanks and sincerest regards ...   J&J Cleaning Services in Abbotsford. We had them out to clean/inspect our furnace and fire places when we moved into our house and also clean the ducts.
