Brad V. wrote: I ordered 5 anthias, 1 foxface from them. Order was delayed stating their stock was not healthy enough for shipping. A week later my order did ship. The foxface was absolutely emaciated, not healthy enough to withstand the stress of shipping. 1 Anthias came dead, the foxface died later that day. Another anthias disappeared (died). 7 business days later no refund after 3 emails, 2 voicemails, 2 texts (who does business by texting?). They did state they were moving. Their site is active enough to take orders, but not active enough to process a refund that would take less than 5 minutes. Shady business people.Was this review helpful to you?
