  DAVID W. said: I bought some steel from Skagit River Steel & Recycling Inc and I had ordered it, so it was all there and I knew how much to pay for it and I just needed a little tiny plate of like 3 sixteenth's, it was like 8 by 8 or 10 by 10 and I couldn't walk back there and pick it up and pay for it. Kind of made me feel sad...
