  Does anyone here in Jerusalem order hot lunches for their kids in school from gourmet catering. It just came to our attention even after we canceled my sons hot lunches the catering company still charged us on a credit card (we never use so we didn't even realize). The company refuses to return money and this happened to other families. Anyone have similar experience or know a good way to deal with this its 3000 shekel over the past 18 months.
