I've searched through previous locksmith recommendation threads, but I'm posting with a specific request, which is someone who can replace an entire locking mechanism, deadbolt and all, on an old, original-to-the-house 1920s door. Thanks!

Question: looking at upgrading some switches and electrical outlets (and cover plates) in our 1966 MCM. Any recommendations? Maybe something with gold/brass? The old, worn out ivory ones needs to go!!
Please ignore boyfriend, naked cat and toy helicopter. Example of what the house looks like. Notice brass expansion joints in the terrazzo.
Scored this beauty today! Problem is, it's missing a knob. Does anyone know where to find one or (if I could be so lucky) have one I could purchase from you. I've already been on ebay and etsy and haven't seen anything...Thanks in advance!

You might try Rejuvenation Lighting. I believe they are based out of Portland, OR. I was able to find an unusual flush mount for an early 20 th-century shade through them. I don't know if they do custom reproductions but they might have something similar in stock. http://www.rejuvenation.com
