I was charged an additional $1400 in the first week for a drain obstruction ( I no longer believe this was true). He came out 3x when the shower just stopped working. The bathroom/shower was complete when he realized he didn’t insulate the pipes that run along the exterior wall (required by code).He instructed me to leave the water trickling so the pipes don't freeze. The trickling water was coming out hot probably due to incompetence on his part. This caused my old hot water heater to fail overnight which caused a flood in my house. I explained what happened and that I need a solution. This is when he ceased communication. I never heard back from him. I now have to hire someone to open up the wall and fix his mistake. He claims to have 30 yrs experience but doesn’t know PA plumbing code. He's a slick double talker that doesn’t STOP talking. Google his name. He has bad reviews on a number of websites.
