About us
I have been baking professionally for more than 5 years but I have loved to cook and bake for most of my life. My love of cooking and baking comes from my mom and grandmothers who are all still better cooks than me!
I attended Culinary school and graduated with honors and an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. I then attended a pastry arts program and am certified in that as well.
I have worked in many professional kitchens including the Skirvin Hilton and several golf courses around Oklahoma.
I decided to start baking from home full time when Mary Fallon passed the bill stating that home bakerys are now legal under certain guidelines which I follow.
Working from home also allows me to be with my 2 kids who are 9 & 6. My daughter has a disease called Rett Syndrome and it has taken her from a normal healthy baby girl to now being unable to walk or talk or perform even the most basic functions. its hard at times but I have amazing family support, in fact I wouldn't be where I am today without God and my family who never stop believing in me and help me every step of the way.
I am considered an at home bakery which means I am not inspected by the state department of health. if you have any questions please feel free to message me and ask
