Hello everyone!! I'm a new runner. I recently lost 80 lbs and I am starting to get in better shape. I did the Trek the Tower on Saturday and now looking for my next adventure. I want to try to complete a 5k, 10k, and end it with a half marathon in October. Any recommendations on training? I have found some apps. Is there a treadmill workout to start with? Just looking for recommendations. Also where do I find all the runs around the Omaha area?
