  Jay K. wrote: Brought my yorkie here for a couple years and my 90lb mixed Mastiff for his shots with no issues, however when I brought my 90lb mixed Mastiff back with some type of intestinal issue causing bad gas and loose stool, the doctor quickly assumed some type of blockage in the the stomach and insisted on an xray. With my help and a tech we were able to complete an xray from the side which showed gas build up, however the doctor did not do the xray from with him on his back as the first one was difficult (He stated) and was charged for two xrays. I asked for a stool sample test to be done and the vet referred me to go to coral springs animal hospital, which we did. Coral Springs Animal Hospital was very caring and based on the vets recommendation requested the xray on his back. They advised me since I already paid the original vet for xrays to go back and have him complete the second xray. SO I called Dr. Chadwicks office who advised me they are to SMALL of an office to handle my 90lb dog!?! After arguing with them I was finally able to have Dr. Chadwick agree to refund me for the X-Rays and Office Visit. Lets Fast forward, my dogs original symptoms of bad gas and loose stool continued even after changing his diet and other recommendations. Once my 90lb mix Mastiff starting a constant drool from the mouth like a running faucet, I quickly looked up another vet and found Coco-Park Animal Hospital. I brought him in and they requested the records from Dr. Chadwick who would not send them, even after multiple calls in a two hour period, emphasizing I was at the Coco-Park Animal Hospital waiting for the records to be sent and they requested the records from Coral Springs Animal Hospital who sent them right over. Dr. Kelly at Coco-Park Animal Hospital was able to determine that Rocky has hook worm and IBS causing all the symptoms he has been experiencing. NO BLOCKAGE!! Still never received the refund or my records.

  561-883-3525 Clintmore and 441 in Publix Shopping Center is Dr. Chadwick For a little bit they lost Dr. Chadwick, and they liked this one too - Elizabeth Waugh - 561-482-6308 - off of 441 just south of the other one (same shopping center as the Outback)
