I was pretty spoiled in that I had the same awesome dentist for forever, until he retired a few years ago. Since then, I moved to Austin about a year and a half ago and had one disastrous dental visit at Smile360 on South Lamar (long story, but he was condescending/unfriendly and I cried in my car afterwards!) Ideally it would be a dentist with significant experience with patients who have TMJ. I have VERY bad TMJ for which I wear a mouth guard at night. I also would prefer a single private practice rather than a large group, so I can see the same person every time. Bonus points for someone who has a great bedside manner! Also I live south centra so while I'd prefer someone close by, I'm willing to drive if they're really great. Please help! Thanks so much in advance.
