  Yes Peter Smith 07774 858994 he does work for Andy Clarke the Builder in Wickham. I had the same problem, it was a leak around the toilet waste pipe. Initially it needed a new collar around the pipe, however in the end he put a new roofing vent on which meant removing a lot of roof tiles so a specialist job. Never had a problem since. Hope this helps.
