About us

I offer individual therapy with a Jungian orientation, that is grounded in the understanding that the mind, body and soul are interconnected. To heal the mind, one must also heal the body and soul. To that end, I have earned degrees in various disciplines, and combine this knowledge in tailoring unique therapy sessions for each client.

Born in the United States, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Miami University. In 2010, I moved to Israel, where I received a Master’s in Social Work: Crisis and Trauma Studies from Tel Aviv University. I am also a Yoga Alliance International-certified Ashtanga-Vinyasa instructor, and have studied breathing and meditation techniques extensively. I have also continued to advanced graduate work at Seminar Hakibbutizim in Jungian Psychotherapy.

Therapy for Immigrants

I, myself, being a new immigrant, have great understanding of the difficulties it entails. Thus it seemed natural for me to specialize in therapy for immigrants or Olim. I have created therapy groups to help immigrants assimilate to Israel, specializing in cultural differences, challenges, & tools for assimilating. Therapy can help cope with the various obstacles of moving & living in a new country.
