Go to Brown & Crouppen (lawyers). They (and most any other attorneys) will handle your case on a contingency fee basis - no money out of your pocket, but you must pay a percentage of what they win for you, usually 33% to 40% plus their costs (postage, copies, filing fees, deposition costs, etc.) You pay nothing if the attorneys aren't able to win your case. I'm a legal secretary (40+ years). I've used Brown & Crouppen myself for an auto accident and I highly recommend them.
