Try [these guys] (http://www.fairfaxoralsurgery.com/contact-burke.html). I had a wisdom tooth and another tooth pulled on the same day, both were done with local anesthesia and I was able to drive myself to and from the appt. I used Dr. Peter Smith because my dentist recommended him, there are a few others in the Burke office as well. Both of mine went fine, no complications and no dry socket or anything like that. I was given pain med's but I only had to take a couple Motrin later that night once the local wore off. My wisdom tooth was not impacted and was an upper tooth so that thing just popped out and no stitches were required. The other tooth he had to do some minor cutting but it was quick and stitched up quickly, this one was a lower tooth.

Dr. Labriolla has a few offices in the area. Him and his staff are really good. Had all 4 of my teeth pulled by him and it took less than an hour. I was asleep for it though. Good luck!

I went to [these guys](http://nvomsa.com/), specifically Dr. LaBriola. I had all four wisdom teeth taken out at once while under IV anesthesia. No complaints. I hate needles and had never been knocked out for surgery before, but it was way easier than I expected.

Try [this guy](http://www.meyerclinic.com) I had a wisdom tooth yanked (partially impacted) and he was awesome. Plays rock music in the little rooms. Had mine done in

I had 2 pulled about a year ago, was much easier that I anticipated, as my dentist, Dr. Lu, did a great job. She's in Alexandria, not arlington, but she had a soft touch and has done great work. her site - www.northernvirginiadentist.com

If you're still looking- try Dr. Kimberly Silloway in Fairfax. No, it isn't Arlington but the two times I have been to see her were exceptional. Great chairside manner, knows what she is doing, truly cares about her patients. Three of my co-workers have gone to her and share the same opinion. EDIT: Just clicked on u/wkndgolfer's link- same practice as I recommended so "I second u/wkdgolfer!"
