Dr. John O"Donnell!! Union Memorial!! He did my second surgery and he was awesome. Supposedly he in the orthopedist that the Ravens use and he has done some groundbreaking limb-lengthening surgeries!! I would highly recommend him!!

Union Memorial Sports is amazing and have many doctors that specialize in different areas. Dr. Levine did my knees, but another doctor specializes in ankles and feet and is who Caroline saw, she was dancing again after 8 weeks after a very serious injury for an Irish dancer.

Schon and Myerson are both great foot ankle surgeons, but they take months to get an appt with. A great sports med physcian (a good place to start when you don't necessarily need surgery) is Kari Kindschi at Union- you can get in there usually pretty fast and she understands athletes. http://www.medstarunionmemorial.org/doctor-profile/1053351007/

Dr. Leigh Ann Curl at Harbor Hospital (she also has an office in Timonium) is amazing. She truly gets the athlete mentality - she's the head ortho for the Ravens. Her PT team is also wonderful and really focused on returning athletes to what they love asap.

I went to Dr. O'Hearn for a torn rotator cuff several years ago. He sent me for physical therapy for the pain and in 4 or 5 sessions it was gone! I would never have believed it.

Saw Dr. OHearn for my knee, he is great. Saw another doctor in Towson, in 2003 for my shoulder, same thing, torn rotator. Had about 6 weeks of therphy and it has not bothered me since. Therapy works!!! Good luck. xoxoxo
