Ok Friends......I am looking for a General Practitioner/Internal Medicine Dr. I do not want to go to a 'Family Practice' cause I am not terribly tolerant of screaming...
Daryl R. replied:
Dr. David Wright. My parents have been with him since we moved to Memphis. Not sure if he takes your insurance.
Peggy B. replied:
William Light is mine. He seems rather milk-toast but he listens. When he began to recommend cholesterol meds for me he continued saying, " . . . but you probably won't take them. I'm going to recommend you take Krill Oil -- you'll have a better chance of success with something holistic." Blew me away. And he was right.
Janet G. replied:
Dr Susan Nelson at Harbor of Health. Not sure if she is internal medicine but she listens and takes time.
Nancy L. replied:
Richard Wanderman. He is family practice, but I never sat in his office more than a minute or two. He answers his own phone, prescribes probiotics and the whole nine yards.
Cindy M. replied:
Debbie O'Cain? Southwind Medical
Lori B. replied:
Dr Marc Crupie in Cordova is good. He is no nonsense but thorough and charmingly curmudgeonly.
Ginger S. replied:
I use Doc Crupie in Cordova. I think they take your insurance too. He is right on.
Cynthia L. replied:
Dr Hyatt. Amazing woman.
Allison H. replied:
Kelly Badura. She works at Forest Hill Family Practice. I've never seen a kid there though. She spends lots of time with you and really researches meds. She's about our age and really laid back.
