I was going to recommend the people who run Ironmonger Row in partnership with Islington, but it is in fact them. Not as cheap as they were but you'll be hard pushed to find cheaper.

For shoes I love Merrell Pace Gloves - I don't spin much these days but they'd be fine for that, and they're great for lifting. I buy quite a lot of my clothing at TK Maxx too or occasionally Sweaty Betty - but only in the sale!

Sweaty Betty has the New Balance Minimus trainers on sale for half price. I bought some and love them for lifting. They're essentially meant to be a barefoot runner but are great for CrossFit and strength training - only £37 if they're still available in the sale section!
