I would recommend Lazy Daisy classes in Bedford. Yoga, antenatal and relaxation all in the one session. Ran by a lovely lady called Susie who is a qualified midwife and doula. Best money I spent in pregnancy and loads cheaper than the Nct.
Yes I would also recommend the courtyard for Pregnancy yoga. It's Mondays 6:15 -7:30 and so relaxing. Think you can go anytime after 14 weeks.. I really enjoyed it and ended up using the techniques in labour too! (My story is on their website!) http://courtyardcentre.co.uk/pregnancy-yoga-biggleswade-bedfordshire/

Hi Amy Truett I run the Pregnancy Yoga & Relaxation class at The Jenkins Pavillion in Sandy on a Tuesday evening. This is a gentle yoga class and also includes relaxation techniques for pregnancy and preparation for labour. It's a lovely group of ladies and also gives you the opportunity to chat about how your pregnancy is going. It's £40 for 5 sessions. If you would like more info or to book a place please contact me at joanna.miller@mamababybliss.com

Hi Dee Woolford there is a yoga class on Wednesday evenings at St Swithun's in Sandy. Contact for this is johanna.e.singh@googlemail.com. Or The Courtyard Centre in Biggleswade is great as they have beginners courses and drop in classes x
