In general, Private hospitals charge between 7 k- 8 k. Govt hospitals are very very cheap. It is indeed safe to neuter your pet if you do not intend to breed it. Their appetite will increase after neutering and so u have to look at portion control along with food quality. Otherwise there is no issue.
