It can vary widely. The yamaha school in burton is very reasonable at around £11 per half hour. If you have a private teacher come to you or you go to them you can pay anything from £12-25 for half hour. Bear in mind some teachers will want you to learn on there piano if yours isn't up to their standard as teachers. This isn't a bad thing as people's pianos can be in very different conditions. Have you got a piano to practice on if not speak to Ian Hewitt at piano world on 01283 711184. He'll give you great advice and he'll probably say wait a while to ensure you get back into it presuming the lessons are for you and whether you've played before or not. Like I said search pianoworld Facebook page and you'll see what they do. Ian's great all the teachers we know will have dealt with Ian at some point as we do books, instruments and general Alround advice to help. Anything else just ask
