Transformations HealthandFitness is best in my opinion good group of mixed people down there. I've been to tons of gyms found motivation the hardest aspect but I've no issues down there with motivation at all.

I can really recommend Ferndown Fitness the owners John and Kirsten are great motivators I have lost lots of weight and got a lot fitter under their guidance . It is a friendly club, not at all threatening ( as I have found some gyms in the past ) this is NOT a club where you are given an induction then abandoned there will always be someone around to help and encourage .

Ferndown Fitness for sure!! Brilliant! Lots of help, motivation, friendly and good fun. The time flies as it's enjoyable. First time I've ever used that word in connection with a gym!
