Cheapest Car Dealers in LA? Looking for some reasonable price dealers in LA with low financing. Prefer Valley area but I’m open to any place at this point. Also,...

The cheapest use car will be private party sale with a loan from a credit union. A dealer necessarily has a retail markup. For buying new cars, doing your own research and using the Rizzo method still works. For leasing check out leasehackr.com, every few months there’s at least one absolutely silly lease deal that’s far more effective than purchasing.

Check out [Hertz Car Sales](https://www.hertzcarsales.com/). They sell their rental cars once they're near 40 k miles. All well below Blue Book value. And they all come with a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty from Hertz, as I recall. I know that buying a rental car is like marrying a hooker, but most of the cars really are in good condition. Certainly better than your average private party car with the same mileage. Plus, Hertz will finance.

A lot of smaller banks and credit unions have car buying services that basically check against DMV sales records to ensure the price you pay is a good deal (kind of like TruCar). If you have even okay credit, it is usually hard to beat the financing from a credit union as well. At my credit union the service is included in my membership and you get a .5% discount on the loan. If you are SUPER savvy and want to invest a ton of time you can probably eek out slightly better deals, but hard to beat if you don't know a ton about cars and can't invest a ton of time. https://www.lafcu.org/vehiclebuying.htmlhttps://losangelesfederalcreditunion.cudlautosmart.com/

I had an amazing experience leasing my car through NV Motors. Was recommended by a friend. Got much more for less than what dealers were looking to sell me. Down payment and monthly payments were cheaper for the nicer version of the car. They even drove to my work to drop it off. Never had to go all the way to Granada Hills. http://www.nvmotors.net/
