I know all sorts about Laser. First off, not actually permanent. Lasts much longer than traditional forms of hair removal but it does eventually come back. Works best on those with light skin and dark hair. If you have very light hair, it's not the best but you might still have some success with it. It's not as easy to do as some believe and you can be injured. It's pretty freaking horrible to go through excruciating pain and then have nothing to show for it because they did it wrong. If someone is really great at it, it shouldn't be too painful (it's always going to sting a bit) and you should see at least minimal results after each session. You also have to let your hair grow out for each session so if having long hair in the areas you want lasered is a HUGE issue than you might want to look at other options. Last, make sure you go by recommendation from someone you trust that has had it done. Avoid, the "Laser hair removal all over for only $10" pluses. It is sort of one of those "you get what you pay for" services.
