Moms out there. We are starting the search for a pediatrician.
We are looking for a supportive doctor who is willing to be open about immunization options and is not...
Nancy R. replied:
Dr. Ruta is our friends' pediatrician and he has been extremely supportive in all details. You'll be very comfortable with him.
Daphne J. replied:
Dr Ruta was my doctor! I loved him and he tolerated my mom's super anti-prescription stance so I doubt he'd push antibiotics and immunizations where they aren't needed
Nicole B. replied:
Elijah sees Dr. Ruta as well. Main st pediatrics in Cambridge.
Erica W. replied:
We go to Pediatric Associates of Saratoga. It's the Saratoga branch of GF Peds so you can go to either in an emergency. We see Dr. Breen and he's been great about our delayed/different vaccination preferences.
Mary B. replied:
Dr. Jessica Davis at Meliora in Stillwater!!!!
Amy B. replied:
Pediatric Associates of Saratoga.. Dr Mersecola. She Is great. Super supportive of spacing out vaccinations. She also provided us with the resources to educate ourselves as well.
Angel W. replied:
community care pediatrics!!! All the way! I use to go to pediatrics os saratoga. They were also really good but they took on to many patients and I could never get my children in for sick visits and always had to take them to urgent care (which I HATE). Community Care Pediatrics ALWAYS leaves appointment space for sick visits and they also have urgent car after hours in their office. Plus they are amazing with children and very supportive. Thats my vote. Miss your face!!
Chris E. replied:
I'm offended this is limited to moms what about the dads?? (Jk) we take Dominic to community care and he sees Dr Liquors and we love her !!
Liz M. replied:
Chris Edwards, I think bc u have liquor on the brain. Lol. I totally agree though. Dr LeCours is absolutely wonderful. She was even my little brothers pediatrician since he was first born and he is now 22 yrs old.
Carolee B. replied:
Dr. LeCours was Sherry Brockway Dorrer pediatrician until she was 18!
So sick of my kids pediatrician. Can't get Madi into a appointment until January 16th. Does anyone know of a good pediatrician that IS NOT Saratoga Pediatrics on...
Angel W. replied:
No Barb I was referring to Glens Falls Peds in Saratoga not your comment Sorry
Heather M. replied:
Adirondack pediatrics... They are great and will get ya in within the hour if your child is sick...
Richard V. replied:
We love Adirondack pediatrics! I went there as a kid also.. It's a truck but usually you can get an early as possible
Kate B. replied:
I also would recommend Community Care Pediatrics. All of the physicians there are good & like Tiffany said they have great hours. Same day sick appts, walk in hours in the morning and evening, and on Saturday am's.
June B. replied:
Community care pediatrics. But when making a well appt sometimes takes a while but for a sick child its quick
Jennifer C. replied:
We also use Saratoga pediatrics. We can usually get in the same day for sick appts but if its a well visit then its usually a few weeks out. You can always try the glens falls office. You can be seen at both. I went to the glens falls office when I was a kid. Dr lehine is amazing! But he's only in the GF office. Hope you are able to get her in some where.
Can anyone recommend a pediatrician in the area? We just got a letter that Riverside Pediatrics will no longer be accepting in network health insurance as of January...
Suzanne N. replied:
I agree with Meg we love Valley Pediatrics too!
Steviann M. replied:
High ridge family practice in stamford is great. Dr Berkun

Jonathan O. replied:

Jamila J. replied:
We like Greenwich Pediatric Associates. We use Dr. Krowitz. She was referred to us by our former Manhattan pediatrician who we also loved.

Melissa U. replied:
We go to Dr Palker at New England Pediatrics. Building right next to SH. Love him! So nice and patient and very thorough! He came recommended by our friend who's the chief of neonatology at SH so very reliable source. Hope that helps! Good luck!
Allison V. replied:
Dr Sanford Swidler on Morgan street in Stamford. I have been with them for 11 years now. I first used the same dr in riverside but changed. I love this place!
John J. replied:
We started out with Dr. Gotz with Stamford Pediatrics in Darien; she was great!
