Dr. Yoshioka. He's a mobile orthopedic veterinarian. Most orthopedic veterinarians are costly so you need to do consults. You never know though, you could just go to a vet and see if maybe it only needs casting. Most times you need to see a veterinarian first then they would tell you if it needs to be done by an orthopedic surgeon.
