Jacob Grant is sleezy and tried to trick us into paying a deposit (which they keep 50 dollars of if you don't sign the lease) and then deleted the ad for the place and raised it $100 dollars. Shady people. I'm currently renting from rentmaster and our landlord is quite involved and I've never loved a rental company before. I highly recommend them and where we are renting they didn't want anyone with kids because there's only single people and missionaries in our 4 plex so she said we were perfect.
