You won't find better eye doctors than Karns Vision Center on Oak Ridge Hwy.

Dr Paul Wittke is not only a Godly guy but a very good and ultra experienced eye M.D. as well. He is founder of TN Eye Care and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dr. RayAnn Ayo on West End Av Knoxville does NOT require insurance...tell her I sent you. The name may be confusing, she's a very compassionate Christian Doctor, in late 30's (guessing).
