As far as I know, there isn't anybody local. I know Palmyra has a rehab center but I would never ever go there. I take Steve to West Chester, Dr. Stephanie Finley or Michelle Lazarski. Both are excellent. Not cheap, but they do the best they can to let you do things at home. Really though, patellas are usually surgical

Animal hospital of rye in Marysville has an underwater treadmill and a PT. not close to Lancaster but only about 10 minutes from our house in summerdale. Took Lola there a couple times for the treadmill. There's also VOSM in Maryland.
