Send it to Unicomp. $50 + shipping both ways. They still make the M so it's like sending it back to the factory. [https://www.pckeyboard.com](https://www.pckeyboard.com)

This guy does repairs: https://www.clickykeyboards.com/product/service-model-m-keyboard-cleaning-and-disassembly-reassembly-repair/ This guy used to do really good restorations but is backed up with work right now: https://phosphorglow.net/ Unicomp will repair it but I have heard that their "repair" service usually involves discarding the inner workings of your keyboard and replacing them with a newly manufactured one. This may or may not be good depending on your priorities--Unicomp's keyboard assemblies use a thinner plate and a different material rubber mat, resulting in a slightly different sound and keyfeel.
