I recommend canadianprotein.ca to anyone that asks. Their mass gainer only has 8 ingredients.. incredible product and similar price to other brands. I can't handle any other mass gainer than theirs.

You can call up BC Health I can't recall the number. You can talk to a health care specialist who can maybe direct you. I think you need to do the opposite of weight loss which is a calorie deficiency.

I dont mean to sound insensitive in any way but I wish I had a problem of gaining weight. I’m a gym rat but still have to be careful about my diet.. Life long battle :) Sorry for this digression, I hope you find a dietician who can help you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
