My brother David Murray is an architect and he designed an addition to our Victorian that drew a letter of approval from a Sea Cliff historical organization. He works out of New Paltz but had no problem coming down as necessary for me and had no troubles with ARB (they were actually quite pleased with his plans). Here is his website: http://www.hudsonvalleyarchitect.com

We have our gross motor equipment at https://www.facebook.com/293187717403845 Little Learners Lodge https://www.facebook.com/179209038927988 custom built. I think you'll also find Community Playthings RIE friendly furniture wise. IKEA another great source. Toys- hit the kitchen pantry. I also love ETSY and Amazon- just make sure that anything you purchase is safe for little ones to mouth.
