To all my physical fitness peeps, do you have any recommendations for some home weights and/or equipment I can nab at a reasonable price? Not looking for a weight bench...
Also, I got started with this app. Cheesy title but it worked wonders and it's customized to your starting point. http://www.7 weekstofitness.com/fitness-posts/getting-ripped-the-program/ Aside from that, I lost the most weight by switching to a mostly paleo diet, heavy on the veggies. Cutting out beer and all sugary drinks (including fruit juice) helped with the last 5 lbs.

I'd say skip all that. Exercise gets easier with weight loss. Walk more. Join reddit.com/r/loseit About 10,000 people in that discussion have success stories and most say they don't even exercise. Everyone on lose it uses Myfitnesspal. If you use myfitnesspal everyday you will lose weight and get in shape. Incorporate exercise later on. Only do things in the beginning you know you can do everyday for the next year or however long it takes to your goal.
