Best chiro, very unique therapy, is Drew Glendinning located at ActiveLiving in Sixth Ave (Elouera Tower) 54791212aggdc@yahoo.com . Also try adding good quality gelatin to your day, it literally puts cartledge into your body, strengthens joints, heals gut, lots of stuff. Or even see Kaizen Exercise Physiologists

I also see Chris Hart at Mooloolaba Osteopathy and Massage Clinic. Massage is great but if you are having neck compression headaches or migraines i would recommend gentle manipulation as well. Good luck
Celeste S. replied:
Greta I would suggest you ring Lisa Pree - Lakeridge Health in cooroy. Lisa has been a Bowen practitioner for many years and has an exceptionally high and well known reputation in this area for her Bowen work. She has many dedicated and loyal clients, such as myself who sing her praises with the results she achieves when stuck on that treadmill of seeing physios, and chiros, for consistent back pain.
Michelle S. replied:
Yep, I've been hairdressing 20 years and am having massive back problems now too. I have bought myself a barbers chair so I can have my client sitting high and saves me bending so much during the day. Also have had huge relief from Osteopath (Mooloolaba Osteopathy & Massage Clinic) Christopher Hart. Good Luck mate, we have an awesome profession but it does have it's draw backs.
Lauren S. replied:
If you have tried everything. I recommend giving chiro a go. My chiro Matt from Absolute Health has been a godsend.

My daughter has something similar first get and xray of your neck either through your doctor or chiropractor. This happened to my daughter and it just got worse now she has had the headache for 4 months, tight shoulder muscles etc, they found through xray she has reversed cervical lordosis which you could have from bending your neck forward. She tried physio which was doing nothing, massage, acupuncture etc. Now she goes to the chiropractor once a week, goes to Caloundra sport and spinal Dr Scott Masters. He has her on lyrica for nerve pain which is what she has. It is a SLOW process as the medication has to be increased slowly so at the moment she is still suffering. Good luck .

Try Bowen therapy. I swear by it. I had similar issues and was getting minimal relief from chiro or massage. A couple of trips to Bowen therapy and now I go probably once a year.
