Dr. Michael Gordon did my knee (ACL reconstruction) and he was great. The group that he works with does all of the marquette/admirals/bucks. I would stay away from Dr. Butler. I used to see him and he missed my torn ACL because he never did a proper assessment.

Gail - I heard back from my friend. His wife was a Pediatric Cardiologist at Children's Hospital up until last year, when they moved to Washington state. The answer was "If we had to pick one for our own kid, Dr. Arca. But there are nine of them at Children's and they are all very good."
