Whomever you decide to check out, ask with methods they use...if one of them isn't McKenzie or Reinolds (preferably a mix of both), then walk out. You need someone who will get you out of pain so that you can function and then perform a proper diagnosis so that you can address the actual cause. Don't fall for the buzz words and don't just see a Chiro. Stay away from the McDonalds brand PT's.
